Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy
-Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or shipped

-If the order is already shipped, you may refuse delivery, and the refund will be initiated once the product is returned to us
-Note: For COD orders, the COD fee is non-refundable

2. Return Policy
-Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted
--However, replacements are provided under specific conditions (see below)

3. Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement if:

-You receive a damaged, defective, or expired product
-You receive a wrong item
-Your order has missing items

4. Replacement Requirements

To process your request, please ensure:

-Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
-Unboxing video clearly showing product condition at the time of delivery
-Supporting proofs:
=Images of outer packaging (with shipping label)
=Short video highlighting the issue
=Clear images of all received products (2–3 angles)
=Copy of invoice

5. Replacement Process
-Email us at Connect@hyuman.in, within 48 hours of delivery
-Share your order ID, issue details, and required proofs
-Our team will review and confirm eligibility
-Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days (if approved)
-Replacement will be shipped within 24–48 hours after product is received

6. Refund Policy
-Refunds are applicable only in case of:
=Order cancellation (before dispatch or after return)
-Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval
-Amount will be credited to the original payment method

7. Important Notes
-Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
-Products not meeting replacement criteria will not be processed
-Hyuman reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification
