Refund policy
Replacement & Refund Policy:
Since our products fall under the category of personal care (period, intimate and toilet hygiene), they are non-returnable.
However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:
- When the product received is incorrect
- When the product received is expired
- When the product received was damaged in transit
In case you want to return the product received due to any of the above reasons, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged / expired / incorrect product at connect@hyuman.in or call / WhatsApp us on 8928744150 within 7 days of the date of delivery.
If you are returning an incorrect or expired product, please ensure that it is unused and in good condition. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we conduct necessary quality checks to ensure that the item is not tampered with and accordingly initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
In case you do not receive the complete order (missing products) you can request for a refund only on the products not received (only if they have not been dispatched). Email us at connect@hyuman.in or call / WhatsApp us on +918850852692 with the order details and we will take the required action.
